Great slippers but what’s with the sticky substance all over the soles?!

This is the 4th pair of Skechers Cozy Campfire slippers I have bought. Loving them and trusting their quality, I bought them for someone going into hospital. The slippers arrived the day before their admission and I was shocked to find the soles slathered in some kind of sticky substance! I had no time to return them so cleaned the soles with warm water and mild detergent. EVENTUALLY the majority of the goo came off. But this is just not good enough! House Of Slippers told me to send them photos (which I did) and return the slippers (which I couldn’t). Pretty lousy. Will look for an alternative in future

Pleased

One of my wife's Christmas presents, she was very pleased with them and she has worn them since she opened them. To be honest I'm a bit jealous.

Lovely slippers

These were purchased as a present but sadly although the length was fine the right slipper was too tight so had to be returned.

These are for my 95yr mum & she absolutely loves them, they are soft, warm, very comfortable & don’t rub, which is great as her skin is thinner due to her age. A excellent slipper

Order a size smaller, they are very big more like a size 7 instead of size 6

Love Skechers trainers and didn't know they did slippers! Wanted a pair with backs to them not slip on. These fit the bill perfectly, lovely cosy substantial slippers. Highly recommend

These slippers are great and very comfy and warm.
Although the sizing doesn't match my usual UK4 size. They came up a size bigger so I have to exchange them for a smaller size. Maybe because its an American design so they are bigger and they are not just slightly bigger but quite a lot as I though I may wear a thicker sock but didn't help. So beware, get a size smaller! The service was very efficient and fast and exchange was for free. Thank you.

Most comfortable slippers that my disabled wife has ever had. Well worth the extra. Will purchase a second pair. Thank you.
