Do Haflinger slippers stretch over time?

Yes, Haflinger’s wool felt uppers naturally soften and mould to your feet after a few days of wear. This creates a personalised, comfortable fit unique to each wearer. While they may feel snug initially, they should not feel tight or uncomfortable. Choosing your usual size is typically recommended.

What materials are Haflinger slippers made from?

Haflinger slippers are crafted from natural wool felt, which offers breathability, warmth and moisture regulation. Many styles include cork-latex footbeds that provide arch support and cushioning. Their durable outsoles offer grip suitable for indoor and light outdoor use. These materials make Haflinger slippers both cosy and functional.

Are Haflinger slippers supportive for daily indoor wear?

Absolutely, many Haflinger slippers are designed with anatomically shaped footbeds that support the arches and encourage healthy posture. The wool felt keeps feet warm without overheating. They are ideal for individuals who need extra support while walking indoors. Regular use can help reduce strain during long periods on your feet at home.

How do I clean and care for Haflinger slippers?

Spot clean wool felt gently using mild soap and lukewarm water. Avoid fully submerging the slippers in water as this can damage the felt structure. Let them air-dry naturally away from direct heat. Cork footbeds can be wiped with a damp cloth to remove dust or marks.
