    The slippers were dispatched and arrived very quickly after my order. The slippers are not as comfortable as they could be because there is no cushioning where the foot sits inside the slipper. This is more of an issue when standng on a hard floor. Otherwise they fit quite well, although the toe is tapered rather than round so there is space beyond my toes.

    It was so easy to order on the telephone but I did find difficulty ordering on line.
    The slippers were delivered by post and as I had the same before but in a different colour ,they were just right. So comfortable. This is the only place I have found which has my size, Ladies size 9.

    I purchased these Audrey slippers in September last year. The heels started to wear through after only 5 months of light indoor use, this exposed the cork inner filling which then started breaking down leaving pieces of cork on my carpet. I live in a 2 bedroom fully carpeted house and have never worn these slippers out of doors.
    Customer services offered me a full refund which I accepted, however they are still selling these slippers and marketing these slippers as durable.

    The ladies slippers I purchased in March 2020 and have only been worn indoors are now breaking up.
    The underside if the heels on the sole have worn through and the cork structure inside is coming out as I walk
