Refunds & Exchanges

We offer a no hassle refund and exchange policy.

If you are returning for an exchange, please email us to ensure the item, size or colour you want to exchange for is in stock.  You can also call us on 0844 88 49 330.  We ask you to cover the cost of postage to return the goods.  We do not charge postage again to send your replacements.  There is a time limit of 28 calendar days from the date of receipt to return your goods. 

To return goods for a refund, you must do so within 7 working days of receipt.  Please complete the returns form enclosed with your shoes and return it with your goods.  We will normally refund your order within 7-14 calendar days of receiving the goods back from you.

In order to return goods to us, you must:

• Ensure footwear is tried on a carpeted surface.
• Exercise care when trying items on.  Use a shoe horn where necessary.
• Please take care of all packaging, including the box as this constitutes a part of the product.  Please do not tape the box or write directly onto the box under any circumstances.
• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so please make sure you return it in the same condition as that in which it was received.
