Not good quality boots

Boots arrived, despite paying extra for delivery they took a week to arrive. Boots looked fine. Tried them on and then then a major problem, the boots rub on the heel, very badly. I only tried them on and had red marks on both heels. Only going to be worse the longer worn. Very uncomfortable. Sent back for a refund.
