Refunds & Exchanges
We offer a no hassle refund and exchange policy. A Prepaid returns label is provided with your invoice that you may use at a cost of £5.00. There is no obligation in using our label, you may use any service you like to return the goods back to us.
If you are returning for an exchange, please email us to ensure the item, size or colour you want to exchange for is in stock. You can also call us on 0116 326 0605. There is a time limit of 60 days from the date of original receipt to return your goods.
To return goods for a refund, you must do so within 30 days of original receipt. Please complete the returns form enclosed with your shoes and return it with your goods. We will always refund your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods back from you.
